IDANRE GETS VARSITY WITH TEACHING HOSPITAL

 By the 18th day in the month of August 2018,
The ancient kingdom of Idanre in Ondo State will soon become an envy of its contemporaries as it is to become a University town in few months time.
This good news was broken with joy today at the palace of His Royal Majesty, Oba Frederick Adegunle Aroloye, Arubiefin IV, (JP) OFR by one of the most persistent and untiring Idanres always pursuing an higher institution, High Chief Charles Akinde, the Osoore of Idanre Kingdom who came in company of Arch. Idowu Akinseye, Hon. Henry Olatuja and Yeye Oge of Idanre Kingdom.
The University which is to be named American International World University is also going to have a Teaching Hospital and a Medical Research Center to cover Africa in both traditional and Orthodox medicine. This institution that is going to rank among the world best is to be founded by an Idanre born but with US citizenship, Professor Folorunso Razaq Ibraheem who is a Professor of Medicine and Nursing and presently a founder and Chancellor of American International World University, currently in America. Among other exceptional and enviable facilities of the coming institution are Cancer Research Centre of international standard, an Helicopter airfield for landing and take off for emergency medical cases etc Still, many international bodies, foundations and related institutions are expected to contribute immensely to ensure Idanres realise this dream of many years that God has now made to become a reality.
Impeccable sources made it known to Idanre Broadcasting Media Network that the clearing of the site is expected to start in August 2018 while all regulatory bodies like National University Commission and other relevant govt. Agencies are already in the know of this lofty landmark that is already gladdening the hearts of many Idanres. The founder in a document available, Professor Folorunso Ibraheem , who is an alumni of Olofin Grammar School, Idanre said he intends to found the institution as a way of giving back to his people through who he rose to his present position in life.
 Meanwhile, while responding to this heartwarming news, His Royal Majesty, Oba Frederick Aroloye thanked God for this wonderful deed and prayed that God will continue to bless and prosper all those behind the idea. He went on to assure all that the Palace and the entire Ugha Council will do everything humanly possible to ensure the quick and smooth take off of the institution which he said he praised God for making to be during his reign. He went on to appreciate the untiring efforts of High Chief Charles Akinde for always striving for Idanre's development and thanked others that came with him. The University and its other institutions are expected to cover about 200 hectares of land.
 Speaking with Agbelusi Ganiyu shortly after the visit, the Yeyeoge of Idanre Kingdom expressed her happiness because as she puts it, " There are many positive and beneficial multiplier effects of such an institution in Idanre Kingdom and prayed for its quick realisation.

 I attended a meeting called by a wife beater who wanted his wife back. The woman, in her late twenties, ran away 2 months ago when the man beat her and almost destroyed her eye. She ran home to her people with her 1 and a half years old daughter -her only child. And the man's only child. The man came with some elders of his church to the wife's family for the meeting. The man himself is a choirmaster. I didn't want to attend the meeting. I hate women beaters . I am usually repulsed at their sight. But that family, lovely family, pleaded with me to attend and offer my mediation skill . So I attended. I should not have attended. Omisore Dumps PDP! Sen. Iyiola Omisore, a former Deputy Governor of Osun state, has announced his defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to Social Democratic Party (SDP). Omisore, who announced his defection in a statement made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Sunday, said he intended to contest the Sept. 22 governorship election on the platform of SDP. He said his mission was to rescue the state from what he described as years of misrule. According to him, the PDP in Osun is in disarray and likely to remain in prolonged political captivity over the next four years.
